Thrive Member Testimony

 

 

I have been a participating member of Thrive Community Fitness in Ferndale since the beginning, but I never got everything I wanted out of my time or efforts. It was always up to me to push my own limits and physical abilities. Then I was tricked into taking a Friday morning TNT class with Christie. She totally kicked my rear end and I didn't (wasn't able to) go back to the gym until the following Tuesday. I have since become a regular in the classes, in fact I only take classes, and have seen and felt an amazing change in my body and attitude towards the gym and fitness.

 

I am now able to finish classes that focus on strength, anaerobic conditioning, fat burning, balance, power, and step??!! Who woulda thunk it. My gender makes this all the more unique as I am most often the only guy in class. It was a bit intimidating at first, but now I look forward to the challenges set forth by each of the instructors. I truly feel as if I am getting the best workouts available at the gym and the most bang for my buck when it comes to my time.

 

Thank you Christie, Tina, Danica, Betty, Jenn, Stacy and Jim for making me work and Micah for tricking me into getting fit.
