A high-intensity, boot camp influenced class!  Find muscles you never knew you had by combining interval cardio with strength training for a non-stop, kick-butt workout.  When done properly, it's the most effective fat-burning workout there, all levels welcome!  55-60 minutes...Come feel the burn!

BODY BLAST45

Don't have time for an hour workout?  Come to this shorter version of the Body Blast 60 class to fit into your schedule.  The last 10-15 minutes will focus on abdominals, low-back and stretching if you have to leave early.  45 Minutes - all levels welcome. 

BODY BLAST60+MOM'S

This is regular Body Blast class, however the instructor has special training to make adaptions for pregnancy and postpartum moms. (60 Minutes)

BODY BLAST45+MOM'S
