We are a community based fitness center designed to offer affordable and convenient access to high quality, top of the line, cardiovascular, free weight, and circuit training equipment.  For everyone seeking to maintain general health and wellness. 

Our locker rooms are equipped with dry saunas as well as showers.  Shower towels are available for a small rental fee.

Along with excellent customer service, we also offer a wide variety of quality free wieghts, circuit and cardio theater!

You will find our "Kids Room" is equipped with a staff that is well trained and ready to care for your children while you are working out.

Personal training is the perfect opportunity to learn how to best use our facility.  Our trainers will help to keep you focused on accomplishing your fitness goals, whether that is weight loss, muscle gain or cardio conditioning.  All of our trainers are are formally educated, nationally certified, highly experienced,  and dedicated to you and ...at your service!
