Jenny Graham

Jenny is certifed as a personal trainer as well as a Group Instructor by FiTFOUR.  Fitness has been an integral motivation throughout her life.  She strongly believes that a balance of proper nutrition and exercise is the key to a long, happy and healthy life.  Jenny enjoys competing in 5K runs around Western Washington and often finishes them amon the top 3 for women.  Given her love of running, she looks forward to assisting current and aspiring athletes with cardio conditioning and strength training.  "As a trainer, I am motivated by seeing my clients achieve their personal goals whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, or more importantly, boosting self-confidence.  I encourage you to start by conquering small goals and work your way up to your main objective.  By having a personal trainer, you will have more accountaibility and guidance in your journey to a better you."
