Jennifer EricksonJennifer Erickson 

Jennifer is a self-described "people person."  She focuses on helping people improve the quality of their lives by achieving their health and fitness goals.  She would describe her training as challenging, focusing on strength conditioning and body sculpting.  Jennifer's ultimate concern is to help her clients understand their bodies and learn to break through their plateaus.  She thinks from the help of a good trainer you should be able to take your workouts to a new level.  Jennifer is certified from Fitour both as an instructor and a personal trainer.  She loves the phrase "if ever it was easy, everyone would be doing it."  Jennifer says, "having a good trainer and workout partner really does benefit you.  It makes exercise more fun and makes you more accountable.

 

 

Marga WhiteMarga White 

Marga is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Health/Fitness Instructor.  In her five years experience, she has worked with people of all ages (12 to 88 years of age) with a broad range of orthopedic and medical challenges.  "I love helping my clients regain lost function, whether it's the ability to get up out of a chair without assistance or the ability to do a full body weight chin-up."  In addition, Marga continually taps into the very best of today's sports training institutions and brings it down to a comprehensive level we can all understand.  If you like outdoor sports or endurance activites these methods will not only help you perform at a higher level, but they will get you through the season injury-free.  Marga is a great listener who understands the value of one-on-one coaching relationships.  "Weight loss, athletic conditioning, or simply adopting a healthy lifestyle are all goals that take time and persevearance to achieve.  Hiring a personal trainer as your coach will provide you with the sustained motivation and consistencey that you need to achive these goals.  Plus you can have fun while you're doing it!"

 

Tina DarbyTina Darby 

Tina is certified as a Personal trainer by the AFPA (American Fitness Professionals Association.)  She is also certified as a Strength Training Specialist by the same organization and is currently studying for her certification in Weight Mangement Consultation.  "Despite the demands of parenting three kids with several years between them, exercise has been a consistent part of my lifestyle for the majority of my adult life.  During the past 4+ years, the focus of most of my workouts has been free weight training.  Anybody that knows me knows that I am passionate about fitness and strength training as well as helping people!  It's my belief, and a fact, that good health and fitness is not a destination, it's an ongoing process.  My objective is to assist you in making a positive change in your lifestyle that will help you feel better, look better, get motivated and get the results that you desire.

  

Becky ClarkBecky Clark 

An exercise hater and avoider until she was 30, Becky changed her ways after the birth of her second chiild.  Now in her 40s, she been a personal fitness trainer for five years.  Becky is certified by the International Sports and Sciences Association (ISSA) and the YMCA.  She is also trained in Stott Pilates and has been a Pilates instructor for three years.  Recently relocated to Monroe from Idaho, Becky had a live bi-weekly fitness segment on Boise's KING TV news affiliate where she educated the general public about exercise and fitness.  Whether you are looking for some one-on-one Pilates training or just want a kick-butt strength-training session, Becky would love to work with you.  "I enjoy working with people who hate exercise and who think they'll never reach their goals - because I've been there, done that.  It's always been a struggle for me to keep my weight in check, so I realize it's not easy for everyone - it certainly isn't easy for me."

Jenny is certifed as a personal trainer by the AFPA (American Fitness Professionals and Associates)  and as a Group Instructor by FiTFOUR.  Fitness has been an integral motivation throughout her life.  She strongly believes that a balance of proper nutrition and exercise is the key to a long, happy and healthy life.  Jenny enjoys competing in 5K runs around Western Washington and often finishes them amon the top 3 for women.  Given her love of running, she looks forward to assisting current and aspiring athletes with cardio conditioning and strength training.  "As a trainer, I am motivated by seeing my clients achieve their personal goals whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, or more importantly, boosting self-confidence.  I encourage you to start by conquering small goals and work your way up to your main objective.  By having a personal trainer, you will have more accountaibility and guidance in your journey to a better you."
