RPM (Cycling)

RPM (Cycling) is a group exercise program for people of all ages and fitness levels. 

Each class is taught by a trained, certified instructor.   Our fitness instructors motivate you through each and every step of the way by providing an energetic and invigorating workout!  The class combines different types of music and imagery to stimulate a real bicycle ride.    

Whether a beginner or skilled athlete, each participant starts at the same place and sucessfully completes a 60 minute class together.  Cycling classes are a safe and effective way to work out and provides a non-impact, exhilarating cardiovascular workout.
