Group Cycling

Group Cycling is for people of all ages and fitness levels. 

The class combines different types of music and imagery to stimulate a real bicycle ride.  The instructor will take you on a journey which explores the mind/body connection ending with an incredible energetic and invirgorating feeling. 

Group Cycle is a safe and effective way to use up those unwanted stores of calories and body fat.  It provides a non-impact, exhilarating cardiovascular workout.
