YOGA FOR FITNESS

Yoga for Fitness, (Hatha Yoga) is a great way to sculpt amd tone the body, building strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and coordination. 

We welcome beginners and will provide excellent verbal and visual instruction while at the same time challenge those seeking greater depth and difficulty.      

Yoga for Fitness helps class participants let go of outside distractions, enjoy their practice, and feel relaxed and refreshed as they leave.
